Today our team came together to bring our 2026 aspiration to life: “Promoting Cross Functional Teams.” 🤝✨
To put our collaboration skills to the test, we took on a fun puzzle challenge — with a twist! 🧩 We secretly swapped puzzle pieces between teams, which meant the only way to complete them was through communication, teamwork, and a little creative problem-solving.
Team members from all departments joined forces, connected, and worked together toward a shared goal — just like we do every day for our residents. 💛
