Headaches, brain fog, fatigue, irritability, anxiety, sleep issues… they can linger for months, sometimes years. This is especially true with repeat concussions or if the trauma impacted more than just the physical body.

✨ Craniosacral Therapy offers a gentle but powerful approach to recovery. Using subtle, hands-on techniques, I listen to the fluid, fascia, and energetic cues of the body to locate areas of tension, restriction, or imbalance — and support your system in releasing them.
