Meet Patricia

Her Superpower is to support her clients to achieve their health goals, through lifestyle and behavior modifications. Everything from losing 10 pounds, to de-stressing and gaining energy, to improving nutrition and even helping to tame an autoimmune disease. When your Doctor tells you to lose weight, change your diet, you can count on her to help you through the process.
