2026 Word of the Year Workshop!

We are hosting this beautiful practice again this year! Instead of creating specific resolutions, we have found that choosing a word of the year is a simple but powerful way to create intention without the pressure. Rather than rigid goals, a single word can act as a compass you return to throughout the year 🤍

This event will be guided by Gucci. She will share why this practice is so supportive and gently guide us in choosing a word that feels aligned. We will also create a collage to serve as a visual reference you can return to as the year unfolds.

You are invited to join our January ritual 💛

When: Sunday, January 25 | 1–3pm
Where: Painted Brick Wellness, 118 Jackson Street East

Reflecting on our year with so much gratitude 💛

We are truly so grateful for all the moments of connection, for our opportunities to give back, for the growth of our team, and for the community that continues to gather within our space. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your care and your lives!

We’re carrying all of this with us into the year ahead and are so thrilled for what’s ahead ✨

The Painted Brick Wellness gals attended last week!
(minus our lovely Suzy from who was healing from a cold)

We got to meet lots of new friends, say hi to lots of familiar faces, and take in a thoughtful panel focused on mental health. The discussion sparked really open and honest conversations that has me reflecting.

It really felt special being at this event as a team. Our clinic operates differently- running as a collective so we each run our businesses but we still get to work under one roof and in community. Working in this collaborative, community-driven environment helps reduce the isolation many small business owners face and I couldn’t feel ore grateful for it!

In our collective, we support each other, share knowledge, and offer our clients a wider range of care and trusted referral options.
