We are so excited to share that our students have more spaces available in the Pay What You Can Therapy program! In this program you choose whichever fee is manageable for you within a $25-$100 range.

Our student therapists are closely supervised and can help with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, neurodiversity challenges, relationship/interpersonal stressors, life transitions, stress, and more.

Join our Group Therapy for Professional Women with ADHD — a supportive space to connect, grow, and thrive with others who get it. This is not an intro to ADHD group, but a group tailored to people who are doing "all the right things" but still feel like they can't quite live with ease while balancing all the demands they face.

Over the course of 6 weeks we'll:
