Join me for Winter Wind Down, a beginner-friendly, four-week online yoga series designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. This 4-Week February Flow is the perfect way to unwind midweek, release winter tension and gently build strength and mobility. Each 45-minute class offers accessible, mindful movement with options for all levels. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat after a break.
