Because rainbows!!!!!!!

Keep your eyes peeled for the good news and for the innovation and for the people who are making changes in the world that are really important and really needed. I think it's very easy to get seduced by the bad news or to be magnetized by the bad news, because at this time in our world, a lot of that is still very amplified. And we're a society that is used to that. Those of us who are of the age that I am (forty and up), we're used to mostly bad news being what we associate with the news. So keep your eyes peeled for seeing the good things, because it will spark you, literally. Seeing one person doing something good in their community or on a bigger scale, a global scale, brings renewed hope in you and in your body. And it will infuse for you the possibility that we need to see so that we can create better going forward.
We are here creating it as a collective. So that's really important to remember.

Each practitioner has their own unique sp fingerprint when giving a session, but ultimately we are just a channel for the universal life force energy we all possess. When we stop and fathom this, it’s a miracle in itself. ✨⚡️🌈⚡️🌈⚡️✨

I agree fully with this but putting into practice is what counts. For me it would include- knowing your boundaries and sticking to them. Giving yourself the grace when you’re down. Getting enough sleep. Keeping your word to yourself. Showing others grace when it’s needed, but finding the balance as to keep yourself safe💖
Working on this ever day. Reiki had absolutely changed how I see myself and allowed me the GRACE to let go of all which no longer serves.
