To me, joy is finding the ‘glimmers’ in all the circumstances. Joy can always be found. Joy-fullness…. We find fulfillment in joy, and joy in fulfillment 💖🌈⚡️💖
We will remind you that joy is a superpower. When we remind you to create joy in your life, we are not simply inviting you to be a self-serving hedonist. Instead, we are reminding you that that frequency running through your body creates magic and miracles, not just for you but for others too; that example is required.
Joy is an energy that builds the more you invite it into your life. You might be at rock bottom right now, but you make a commitment to find some joy at least three times a week. Joy might feel quite small at first—it might feel like relief from the pain or the grief, but you will notice a difference. Gradually, as you keep bringing yourself back to it, it will grow and grow until it becomes a flame inside you that will be a guardian of and for you. And it will emanate to others.
