Arguments are a natural part of any partnership. When handled with care, disagreements can even strengthen your relationship. 🤝

Here's the key: fight constructively.

How?

1️⃣ Focus on the issue, not the person. Instead of saying, "You always...", try "When this happens, I feel..."
2️⃣ Stick to the present. Don't bring up old fights.
3️⃣ Truly listen to your partner. Put yourself in their shoes.
4️⃣ Keep your cool. If things get heated, take a break and come back later.

Remember, the goal isn't to "win" the argument. It's to understand each other better and find a solution that works for both of you.
