Let’s talk about the Wellness “Check In”

Creating safe spaces means no expectations, and no pressure! Many of us have been taught to manage their own emotions and struggles in fear of being judged or perverted as weak. Our past experiences create the container for how we behave today…and the only way to reprogram is to show a different way.

Rewiring isn’t as easy as turning on a switch, it takes time and grace. Words are not safe enough to create comfort, the repeated behaviour needs to match!

Remember, you are not required to solve everyone’s challenges, but your impact on their process can make the world of difference by holding space, validating and keeping the door open with no expectations.

2025 brought new places, new faces, new products, new lessons and many goodbyes. This year has been one true test of faith! Some of the things that were revealed in 2025:

• The amount of people we have said goodbye to, has truly taught me the importance of purpose and how short this journey.
• Proof that it only takes one decision to change, in order to the Universe to push things into place
• The level of stamina it takes ti actually keep the momentum of that push
• The power of forgiveness
• Our abilities are only limited by our fears

Have you ever found yourself feeling that mid-week slump? These sessions are for you!

A quick reset can lead to significant improvements in productivity and mental focus.

In our 45-minute group sessions, we begin with grounded, intentional breathing, then transition into guided meditation combined with a Sound Bath using Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls.

Add Red Light Therapy or Dream Light Frequency to your session for an added boost.

What a year!

this trip around the sun has truly brought some of the most beautiful and the most challenging moments, and I wouldn’t change a thing!

The gratitude I have inside me is immense and the love I have received is overwhelming. Thank you so much for making this a memorable year.

I am thankful for every person that has been here (passed or present), helping in creating this space, pushing me to grow and see beyond the present, while reminding me to always BE present.

The greatest gift is life, and a life with each of you in it has been the most incredible journey anyone could’ve ever ask for
