Join us for an evening of Sound Healing with Energy Flow with Nadia Ishmail from Stone and Shadow.

We begin with mindful breathing and grounding exercises while becoming self aware to move into body mapping. This exercise will allow each participant to understand how our bodies respond to stress, trauma, grief and joy. As we move into our Sound Bath, Crystal Bowl Sound will connect with everyone in a different way.

These sessions can be liberating and emotional but know that our practitioner is fully trained and experienced in guiding you through these moments.

Our session will conclude with open time to share experiences and ask questions. Nadia is experienced in intuitive guidance where personal messages may be provided with tips on moving forward in your self care practice and healing journey.

So many lessons from a something as simple and beautiful as a polished and unpolished stone.

Same energy. Different presentation.

We love the idea of being refined and polished, but the fact is, the real beauty lives deep inside us. We can smooth out the rough edges for the world to accept, we can say the right words and wear the right clothes. In the end, what’s underneath all of the layers we show to the world is what actually matters. Sometimes we try to expose the parts of us that don’t even represent who we really are.

Today, ask yourself if you’re staying true to who you are, or projecting and idea of what you think people want!

Our studio and boutique has been a whirlwind since the grand re-opening one week ago!

We know the sign isn’t up yet (working on it), and the street numbers are a little confusing, but I thank you for your patience with learning now to access our new location! Our space is accessible from the street level beside the Family Health Team (just 2 doors away from our favourite people at Chocolat!

Although we have a retail space, appointments are needed for Boutique shopping and Studio sessions, with a few exceptions! Booking is easy! Just visit the links in our bio to select your service, date and time to lock it in.

I haven’t even seen the footage from yesterday yet, but I can tell you this 360 (almost) view captures the flow and vibe of the day!

I’m still floating and spinning a little today while I assess and plan for the continuation of our skincare restock, work on our Boutique and Studio scheduling and allowing for some restorative celebration time for my body.

For those who have been patient (or grumbling), about the wait times for products and appointment availability, it’s coming!! Bookings are open starting Monday and I am still working on the 2 page back order/pre order list!

The last few months have been about reconstructing and rebuilding every aspect of my life. It’s been tedious. It’s pushed every boundary physically and mentally, and in between building and the excitement of expansion, there has been loss and grief.

I’m here to remind you that even when you are making decisions to do the difficult things on purpose, there will always be things trying to distract you AND reminders of the reason you’re doing what you’re doing. Choices are always yours!

In this season we are choosing love, respect, empowerment and growth

As much as I’m easily drawn into focusing on the things still left to do, today I was relentlessly reminded of how far S&S has come and how living in your ever-evolving authentic essence is the key to rising up in frequency.

Today was more than opening a new location. Today, a team came together to create visions, speak life and acknowledged purpose.

We did it! We are just beginning the next era and we’re ready to fill it with love, excitement, growth, community, healing and empowerment

We begin by easing into a restful space with Blue Lotus plant medicine served warm. Mindful breathing and grounding exercises prepare our body and mind for body mapping. We are guided through the translation techniques to create a deeper connection with our body. This exercise will allow each participant to understand how our bodies respond to stress, trauma, grief and joy. Each attendee will receive a personal hands on energy healing session and intuitive messages.
