Dr. John Varga is back in the office after a short few weeks off for knee surgery—and he’s doing great. 🦵💪

His chiropractic patients are very happy to have him back, helping them move better and feel better again.

🎉 Exciting Professional Milestone 🎉

We’re thrilled to share that Dr. Madeleine will be beginning a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) course through Wilfrid Laurier University. With a strong focus on mental health care, she values CBT as an evidence-based approach recognized in clinical guidelines for depression, anxiety, and panic disorders.

While naturopathic doctors can introduce CBT concepts, providing CBT itself is a controlled act of psychotherapy. Following completion of her RN Psychotherapy training, Dr. Madeleine will be able to offer CBT directly to clients, further expanding the mental health services available to our community.
