Thank you to everyone who came out to our East End Yoga Coffee & Tea meet up - even with the cold temperatures- (-30) we had 8 in total.

I think it’s safe to say that Everyone enjoyed the time together and the food selection at Doce Nata ( Sweet Custard) at 259 Hwy 8, Stoney creek. ( they also have a second location on Barton street Near James-

Ball yoga classes are a go this evening!

Classes are all starting up this week- for the 2026 season- This will be 16 years March 10th-

1. Monday night no extra balls- class is at full capacity-
2. Tuesday evening class - two spots left- one is reserved as a sub spot in case any student has to make up a class, so there’s only one spot available- for the winter session- this evening we welcome back two students!
3. Wednesday classes have a few spots left-
4. Friday classes is unlimited spots, as it’s online - ZOOM.
5. Private classes- I have two days open.

So update on the challenge for 2026 getting rid of 26 items-

1. Yoga programs from 2014
2. Yoga programs from 2015
3. Yoga programs from 2022
4. Yoga programs from 2020
5 cleaned 2 junk drawers- tossed lots out.
6. Pile of papers- many sheets
7. 1 book
8 . Mirror- going on marketplace
9. Red tree print - on marketplace
10. 3 small picture frames
11. Old yoga coffee mug from work
12.8 paint brushed ( rollers and brushes ) that have lived in my fridge for over a year- in my veggie drawer- 😂
13. My 2025 day planner will be tossed at the end of this week.- 🙁( This is bety hard for me) but it will happen-
14. Cleaned out and tossed out garbage from gym bag, swim bag, Pickleball bag and two yoga bags.
( yes I like bags)
15. Cleaned out the inside of purses, at least five of them and pitched a lot of paper and found a little bit of money.! Lol

With all the multi items I’m well over 26-
Most things were recycled, except for the paper and old paint brushes .

It’s not hard once you get started.

Check…. Handbags, junk drawers, your car trunk, under your kitchen or bathroom sink, ladies your make up bags, check the fridge and freezer- just to help you!

Have fun and we’ll see you back on your mat- first class is Wednesday January 7th- 2026.

Thank you for everyone who came out for our coffee meet up this morning. Thank you to Fortino’s for taping off an area reserved for our students. Obviously, my arm wasn’t long enough because I didn’t get the last table in the photo.-
