✨ Meet our Instructor ✨ Erin Newton is a 200-hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher through Heal, Evolve, Thrive, with Level 1 and Level 2 training in Trauma-Informed Movement Practice. Her approach to yoga is rooted in compassion, nervous system awareness, and the belief that movement can be both strengthening and deeply healing. Erin creates slow, intentional classes where students feel safe, supported, and free to move at their own pace.
She believes deeply that yoga is for every body — every age, every shape, every season of life. Erin has taught in a variety of community and wellness spaces, including Peak Performance Physio, Modo Yoga (Dundas and Stoney Creek), the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board, and Big Hearts Little Theatre. Above all, she sees yoga as a practice of connection — to breath, to body, and to each other — and feels honoured to hold space where everyone belongs.
