New face at Integration Health + Education (formerly Innova Health Clinic)!
Hey everyone! We wanted to introduce you to Tsehay Said, who's recently joined our team as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
Tsehay has such an interesting background – she studied Chemistry, became a yoga teacher, and worked with people with cancer before discovering osteopathy. That mix of science and movement and compassion really shows in how she works with people.
She's all about hands-on, personalized care that helps you move better, feel better, and tap into your body's own healing abilities. Her treatments are gentle and really tailored to what each person needs.
Tsehay has a special focus on women's health, but she works with people of all ages. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or just want to move more easily, she's got you covered.
She's in the clinic Thursday evenings and SATURDAYS. With the end of the year coming up fast, now's a great time to use up any benefits you have left before they reset. If you've been thinking about trying osteopathy or just want to feel better in your body, come say hi.
