Healing Salt Cave located in Hamilton, Ontario is a Halotherapy Wellness Centre and Holistic Spa offering various types of salt therapies and holistic treatments. Our Healing Salt Cave is a unique, man-made recreation of the environment of the underground salt mind in Poland. The salt cave offers 100% natural and drug-free treatment for the respiratory system that has been successfully used in Europe for the past 175 years. It is rich in minerals and micro-elements which are necessary for the human body to function properly.

With the use of high-end medical grade equipment and natural materials; the micro-climate becomes an ideal place for easy inhalation and a highly effective method against many types of respiratory, heart and cardiovascular, and dermatological conditions with no harsh side-effects.

Healing Salt Caves compared to any other salt caves on the market differ because of their unique environment. As opposed to warm, dry climates; we maintain a cool and humid climate which makes for ideal breathing conditions.
