Welcome to NP Health Leadership. This venture seeks to assist managers and small businesses get more done with their required health administration with less staff, money and time. By taking on the secondary duties such as writing/updating policies and procedures; identifying, creating and evaluating quality improvement initiatives; emergency exercise development and evaluation, unit orientation development or organizational workshops, safety briefs, NP Health Leadership is giving managers and front line nurses back their focus onto what matters most - caring for our loved ones.
