To my long‑standing clients: thank you for trusting me with your foot health, your stories, and your care over the years. Your loyalty and kindness have shaped this practice into what it is today.

The Seniors Care Grant program provides funding to assist seniors with household and healthcare service costs. There is still time to apply, application deadline is March 31, 2026. Applications can be done online or mail.

This care grant can be used for healthcare services, household services and home heating.

Eligibility: As of this year, individuals with a household income up to $45,100 can apply, an increase from the previous limit of $37,500.

Annual Benefit: The grant offers $750 annually to help cover essential services.

I am excited to announce that starting on January 15, 2026, I will be having a weekly clinic, on Thursdays, in Hammonds Plains!
My clinic will be located within Arbour Square Osteopathy in the Arbour Square plaza, at the corner of Glen Arbour and Hammonds Plains Road.
Online booking for appointments will be available (for clinic appointments only) and I will post the link for the site very soon!

Hello everyone! Just a friendly reminder with respect to appointments:

- If you need to reschedule an appointment or are looking to book in advance, it is important that you respond to my email, text or phone call to confirm the date and time that is provided
- No appointment will be scheduled unless a confirmation is received
- Appointments are on a first come first serve basis; with that being said I do allow time for a response within a reasonable amount of time
- I do have a wait list and I go in order of when clients were added to the list when an appointment becomes available

If there are any questions, please do not hesitate in reaching out.

Monday- Thursday 8am - 6pm
June 28 - July 7; vacation
July 19 - July 27; vacation
August 16 - August 24; vacation
During the times that I am on vacation, if you call, there will be no option to leave a voicemail. Any emails will be responded to on my first day back.

On June 11 I was involved in an MVA (struck from behind by a distracted driver) and as a result I am attending regular physio and Dr. appointments.
While I navigate these next few weeks, there may be a slight change to your appointment time in order for me to attend these appointments. If your appointment time is affected, I will notify you directly of any changes, at least 2 days in advance.
