Our meditation classes can help you achieve these goals. Join Nancy Whitticase to learn ancient meditation techniques and how to integrate them into your daily life. (Hint: it doesn't require long periods of sitting in silence!)"

Our donation-based classes are designed to be inclusive, open to everyone, and flexible to fit your schedule. You can drop into any class or attend all of them, depending on what suits you best. We provide comfortable seating options, including regular chairs, meditation chairs, cushions, and mats. No registration is required; everyone is welcome! About the teacher
Nancy Whitticase has been passionate about meditation for over 30 years. She loves sharing what she has learned from studying various forms, including Yoga, Buddhism, Taoism, and A Course in Miracles. She incorporates meditation techniques she has learned while on retreats with the Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, and 14-day Vipassana mediation retreats. She also embraces modern teachers like Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, and Ram Dass in her teachings.

Sacred geometry arises from the fact that many philosophical truths cannot be expressed with words. Ancient cultures, including Greeks, Egyptians, Chinese, Mayans, Hindus, and Buddhists, have such practices.

Looking for LOVE?

Step into a VIBRATIONAL UPGRADE this week as we connect with the qualities of the SOULFUL SELF. Which is LOVE!

LOVE MEDITATION.
One of the most important Buddhist meditations is known as Metta, or loving kindness. This state of mind connects us to the source of our own inner, endless, and abundant well of love.

In this week's meditation (Monday, October 27th at 7pm), we will learn how to activate a heart blossoming from within the frequency of LOVE.

Anchor in the abundance of love, embody the vibrational frequency of love and free yourself from the protective self.
