Expect powerful bursts that spike your heart rate, rev up your metabolism, and accelerate fat burning—paired with just enough rest to go hard again. This HIIT-style class is ideal for anyone looking to maximize results in a shorter workout while improving overall athletic performance and cardiovascular health.

Tammie has been teaching fitness since 1991, and she still loves it as much today as when she first stepped into a studio. Group fitness is her passion, and she hopes to keep leading classes for many decades to come. Tammie is a Fitness Instructor Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Menopause Coaching Specialist—and she is proud of how our industry has evolved over the years.

Using a Tabata-inspired format, you’ll cycle through targeted strength blocks, low-impact cardio bursts, and fluid mobility drills set to uplifting music. This dynamic, low-impact workout uses the versatile Bender Ball, a small, inflatable ball that adds resistance, balance challenges, and greater range of motion to every movement—helping you engage deep stabilizing muscles you didn’t even know you had! Expect a blend of functional strength exercises, targeted core work, and mindful mobility training designed to improve posture, enhance balance, and build total-body strength. šŸ’š

Kim brings over 18 years of fitness experience to the studio with certifications in group fitness and personal training. Kim has taught a wide range of classes over the years including body sculpt, spin, Bender Ball and aquacise to name just a few. In recent years, she has enjoyed working with order adults, educating them on the importance of continued movement for maximum mobility.
