NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY

NO SHOWS:
• For any client that has booked a massage with PMT and does not show up for their appointment will be charged the full price.
• You will receive an invoice via mail or email for the No Show charge.

SAME DAY CANCELLATION:
• If you are cancelling your appointment day of, you will be charged half of what that appointment is worth:

45 Minutes $94.50 $47.25
30 Minutes $66.15 $33.07

METHODS OF PAYING:
• Once you have received an invoice via mail or email, please pay the fee with a Check (pay to “PMT”) or send an E-Transfer to: pmtliving@gmail.com
o Note: The front door of the Massage Clinic is always locked while we are with a client. This makes paying the Fee with Credit Card or Debit not always possible.
