THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! 🐾💙

On behalf of On Solid Ground Footcare & Orthotics and myself; we cannot thank you enough for your incredible generosity during our Pet Food & Supply Drive in support of the Grey Bruce Animal Shelter.

The community support was overwhelming, and the donations will make a meaningful difference for so many animals in need.

Because of you, we collected:
10 flats of cat food
18 medium bags of dog food
11 large bags of dog food
9 small bags of dog food
16 bags/boxes of kitty litter
1 full 100L tote of treats & wet cat food
1 full 100L tote of harnesses, leashes, collars & walking items
1 full 100L tote of coats, sweaters & apparel
1 full 100L tote of miscellaneous pet items
1 box of assorted wet dog food
10 dog beds
3 fully filled bags of towels & blankets

A special thank you to Canadian Tire- Hanover, Mullen Small Animal Clinic, Beädog Pet Services, Éowyns Cafe, Pawtherapy K9 Aquatic & Massage Centre, Saugeen Physiotherapy & Allied Health Centre & Cody's Egg Shack fo massive donations and being drop off locations. Everyone who donated, shared, and supported this drive. Your kindness and compassion truly show the strength of our community. 🐶🐱❤️

🌟 New Active Aging Fitness Class! 🌟
We’re excited to introduce our Active Aging Fitness program, specially designed for adults and beginners who want to move with confidence, stay active, improve overall strength, mobility and balance.

This 4 week program runs Monday and Fridays at 10:15am -11:00am. Starts January 5th.

This welcoming, small-group class focuses on:
✔️ Strength training to support healthy joints and maintain independence
✔️ Stability and balance exercises to help prevent falls
✔️ Low-impact movements that are safe, effective, and beginner-friendly
✔️ Gentle conditioning to improve everyday mobility

Our certified personal trainer provides clear guidance, modifications, and encouragement every step of the way. Whether you’re new to fitness or returning after time away, this class is a great place to start.
