Fall Prevention Month !!🍂

-Staying physically active to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.

-Regularly reviewing medications and vision care with healthcare providers.

-Wearing supportive, non-slip footwear.

We are organizing a Holiday Pet Food and Supply Drive to support the Grey Bruce Animal Shelter, which provides care and shelter for abandoned and surrendered pets in our region.

The drive runs from November 1, 2025 to December 31st, 2025, and we are collecting items from the shelter’s wish list:
