Today I am celebrating my 8th anniversary of being a RMT and opening my business! I just wanted to express my biggest gratitude to everyone who has supported and those who continue to support me. I am truly grateful and appreciative of your trust, patience, loyalty and support and it means the world to me!!

I have seen over 700 clients and had over 8600 appointments since I started my business. In the last year 96% percent of my clients are returning (4% new). I went more than 3 years not accepting new clients! I have been nominated and awarded on CommunityVotes by YOU gold 3x, silver 1x since 2022. There are so many of us in Grey county and it is truly an honour even to be considered!

Words truly cannot express how grateful I am for all my clients, all of my current and past coworkers and all of my peers for sending referrals my way. My promise to you going forward is to continue learning and improving my skills to better serve you in the future. Again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

It's been a while since I've checked in. I've been a little disorganized this year, but I have officially opened up for next year from January to the beginning of July! Just a reminder, the after 5pm appointments are only for clients who have been consistently occupying these spots, if you're unsure if this is you, than it is not.

Welcome to the rebrand!

For those of you who aren't aware, I have recently completed a personal training and nutrition coaching program with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been really busy completing many review and new courses in the last few years including: RAPID neurofascial reset upper and lower body, gua sha/IASTM, silicone and vacuum-pump cupping, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, sports massage, muscle energy techniques, positional release, nerve mobilization massage, posture correction and biomechanics.

Starting in June I will be offering a more "corrective style" massage therapy that will entail a thorough full body assessment, more specific and advanced hands-on treatment, and take-home workout programs with focus on remedial and corrective exercise. I will continue offering normal Swedish massage therapy for those who like their more general treatments as well, so no worries there!

Wow!! I’m actually so shocked to have won gold again for the third year in a row! There was actually 55 RMTs on the nomination list this year and I was truly not expecting to place. Thank you SO much to everyone who voted for me again this year, I appreciate all of you!

I am so privileged to share space in this multidisciplinary clinic with some truly amazing businesses! Hanover Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation, Hanover Osteopathy and The Sole Rehab all earned platinum awards, and Alina Rehkopf R.Ac, R.TCMP also won a gold!
