Just a couple tablespoons of seeds a day can support your body's hormone production. I use this as one part of my self-care to prevent hormonal migraines.

RECIPE
Combine equal parts
- Sunflower Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Flax Seeds
- Sesame Seeds

Aim to eat 2 tbsp a day. Add to salads, yogurt, or whatever you fancy!
