When people are displaced by ice storms or flooding, they often end up sheltering in arenas and community spaces. It’s happened before and it will happen again. In those moments, basic needs like access to a shower quickly become a real challenge as facilities are overwhelmed.

That’s why GlobalMedic developed a portable shower trailer with General Coach Canada, something we can hook up to a truck, deploy quickly, and set up wherever it’s needed. With multiple private stalls and efficient flow, it brings dignity, comfort, and relief to people during some of their hardest days.

This is ready so when disaster strikes, we can respond fast and give people more than shelter. We can give them comfort when they need it most. This is our latest innovation as part of the Ontario Corps program.

When disaster strikes, GlobalMedic responds and we keep innovating to get the Right Aid to the Right People at the Right Time.

This is our latest innovation: a mobile shower trailer, built in General Coach Canada, where skilled teams are putting the final touches on a unit designed specifically for disaster response in small communities.

When people are displaced by floods, ice storms, or power outages, they often end up in local arenas or community shelters where shower facilities are limited or overwhelmed. After a few days, something as simple as a hot shower can make a huge difference — restoring comfort, dignity, and a sense of normalcy.

Built in Ontario, paired with Ontario-made response vehicles, and deployed by Ontario responders, this shower trailer is designed to support Ontarians when they need it most.
