LET'S TALK ABOUT DETOXING.
It's so exciting when we get new products and everyone is anxious to try them all...at the same time. I would like to offer you a word of caution.
My humble advice would be to introduce one new product at a time to your physical body. Why? Because they all have powerful properties. Putting all 3 of them into your body at the same time will/may cause some discomfort. And because you've used them all at the same time, you won't be able to easily pin down which one needs to be tweaked.
OPTIMUM COCOA.
Let's not forget that this IS the Optimum coffee formula only with cocoa instead of coffee to make it palatable. Kevin Thomas told us in the Breakout session in Vancouver that he could not make it into a tea because the tea flavors were not strong enough to cover up the taste of the other ingredients.
Putting a scoop of the Optimum cocoa into your Optimum coffee is like drinking a double dose of the coffee! Would you do that? Not many people can. You can certainly sprinkle a bit of cocoa into your coffee, but keep in mind...its a double dose. Use wisely.
24/7 CARB BURNER.
This supplement is causing much activity to happen throughout your physical body. The AM is helping you to be more alert, to enhance energy, preventing carbs from entering the body, burning up carbs that are already in the body, reducing cravings and much more.
The PM reduces pain and inflammation while you sleep, promotes melatonin which aids in better sleep, helps to maintain healthy blood pressure and support cardiovascular health, and much more. Both of these unique formulations are causing a different level of activity in the physical body.
M.O.R.E. DETOX.
This formula is power-packed with healing and cleansing ingredients! It helps to control acid dependent health conditions, allowing sustainable alkalization in the body. This is huge, as most of us are too acidic inside our gut (Fact: dis-ease cannot grow in an alkaline environment). It delivers bioavailable plant minerals to nourish the body, basically feeding the 71 trillion cells that make up our tissues and organs. And, it helps to "clean house" and detoxify the entire body from head to toe. That alone is going to stir things up!

My advice would be this...start with ONE. Start with one product at a time, especially the 24/7 and MORE Detox. Start with half the recommended dosage. Use it for at least one or two weeks and really LISTEN to the signals your body is sending you. Then double the dosage and LISTEN again. If you aren't experiencing much discomfort, great! Move on and introduce the next product and repeat the same way, slowly introducing it and listening. If you experience discomfort, continue with that one product until you feel that your body has adjusted.
To prepare the physical body to "clean house", it's important to understand that the 5 elimination organs will be engaged. Those 5 organs are your:
⭐ intestines,
⭐ kidneys,
⭐ lungs,
⭐ skin and
⭐ lymphatic system.
As the body detoxes, it will need to "take out the garbage" and will use these 5 organs to do so. Drinking lots of water is IMPERATIVE for this to happen efficiently. You may experience constipation/diarrhea, smelly urine, skin rashes, develop a cough with no fever present, excess mucous being eliminated, body aches and pains, headaches...every person's detoxing is different.
Understand that you are not sick. Let the body take the garbage out so that it can begin to function from a place of wellness rather than dis-ease. Do not freak out and run to the doctor or pharmacist unless you have a bad fever. When you detoxify, the immune system is not fully engaged, therefore you will not experience a fever. Stop and truly LISTEN to what your body is signaling you. Detoxing can last for 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months. It truly depends on the condition of your own physical body. Do NOT compare your detox symptoms to anyone else's. Own it, help your body through it and experience amazing health when you get to the other side.
Your physical body loves you and wants you to be well. Give it the love and respect it deserves and you will be rewarded with a long, healthy life. What goes in must be quality nutrition, lots of water, deep breaths and positive thoughts. What to eliminate completely is dairy and eggs, cut down meat consumption to once a day, eat way more fruits and vegetables and live your best life!
