Exciting News! One of our local mobile massage therapists has decided to stop carrying her massage table around, and join us IN-OFFICE!!!
Tamara has been a part of our community for many years, and we are excited to have her offer her services at Foothills Family Chiropractic!

A little about Tamara:
Tamara Windsor has been a massage therapist for 23 years and uses an intuitive holistic approach to meet the needs of her clients. She graduated in 2003 with honours from Lethbridge Community College, now known as Lethbridge Polytechnic. She also has training in Hot Stone Therapy as well as Dynamic cupping. A member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada, Tamara has operated a mobile massage business for the last 14 years. Outside of massage she enjoys hiking the Rocky Mountains, photography, quilting, and volunteering with the local Scouts and Silverland Camp. She is excited to join the Foothills Family team!

We are excited to introduce our new STUDENT Massage Therapist!

She will be treating patients on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays! The cost is $50 for a 60-minute appointment. The appointments CANNOT be billed through insurance/benefits as she is still working on her skills!

Hi! My name is Aurora Steel, and I recently started my first-year massage student practicum at Foothills Family Chiropractic!
I have lived in the foothills area my whole life and I am excited to be more involved in the community. I grew up as an athlete, doing highland dance, ballroom dance, and rugby for several years. I now golf and coach youth rugby teams. I would like to be able to give the help to others that I received while I was involved in playing sports and massage therapy seems like the perfect route. I’m eager to learn and grow, and I look forward to meeting everyone!

Foothills Family Chiropractic provides safe and comfortable chiropractic care for your entire family. Dr. Kristi Brehon specializes in prenatal and pediatric care. We also offer massage, acupuncture, reiki, reflexology, cold laser and red light.

Aurora has joined our team as a first-year massage student. She is currently offering relaxation massages at a reduced rate as she continues to work on new skills! Appointments will be available starting next week

A 60-minute appointment is only $50.00!
