I played volleyball all weekend - 9 games in total (with 2 more to play today)

Plus I did a beat based fitness class 🏋‍♀️🎵

✨️AND✨️am still walking with no muscle stiffness! Normally after a tournament I can hardly go up and down my stairs 🙃

There is so much I love about being an RMT ..there are definitely some things that aren't always the best - like the never ending laundry
