Hi everyone! I’m Penny Isaac, a certified reflexology therapist, and I’m so excited to officially introduce Soul to Sole. 🌿

Soul to Sole was created with the intention of supporting relaxation, balance, and overall well-being; starting from the feet and flowing through the whole body. Reflexology is a gentle, holistic practice that encourages the body’s natural healing processes while offering deep rest for both the body and mind.
