Earlier this week, Rondelle was pruning her hibiscus trees and she unfortunately, cut off the end of her finger. She is able to offer Shockwave Therapy only for the next few weeks. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!! Apparently that finger was too long! Huge thank you to the Hinton Healthcare Centre, for seeing me quickly! To all of our incredible clients, I want to sincerely thank you for your support over the past 4 years. The Self Care Anywhere LTD space couldn’t have been created without you. Our space has now been taken over by Jasper Chiropractic and I know Dr Aidan Wickenhauser and Dr Alyssa Wickenhauser will continue to do amazing things here. Booking with RMT’s Brenda Frost, and Brooke Ainey are now done through the Jasper chiropractic website and you will find my booking link there as well as on this page. Taking on this type of growth while working full time and raising a family, came with more challenges than one ever could plan for. I am so incredibly grateful for everyone that I have had the opportunity to work with. However; I have also overextended myself tremendously. In trying to grow a wellness centre, I was pulled away from the work that fills my cup. What matters most to me, is YOU! Helping you achieve a better quality of life through custom tailored treatments, is where my heart is and I am thrilled to be back to the simplicity of working 1/1 with you all.

We’ve officially expanded and is now operating out of the entire clinic space at 117 Jasper Street in Hinton, and that means we have MASSAGE!

We’d love for you to drop by and see how the space evolves in the coming months.

Here’s what’s new:
• We’re working alongside Self-Care Anywhere to ensure a smooth transition and to keep care consistent for all clients.
• The booking links for Brenda and Brooke (two of our massage therapists) have been updated — you’ll find the new links below.
• If you usually book with Rondelle, her booking process hasn’t changed for now.
