✨ We Made It Through the 10 Darkest Weeks of Winter ✨

The darkest stretch of the year asks something different of us.
It invites rest, slowness, and turning inward—just like nature does.

Over the winter season, we soften our pace. We sleep a little longer, move a little gentler, and allow ourselves the grace to restore rather than push. This rest is not laziness—it’s preparation. 🌿

Now the light is returning.
And with it, so are we. ☀️

The sun plays a powerful role in our well-being—supporting our mood, energy levels, vitamin D, circadian rhythm, and overall sense of vitality. As the days grow brighter, our bodies naturally begin to awaken, stretch, and reach again.

Just like a seed resting beneath the soil, the winter season nourishes what we can’t yet see. That deep rest allows us to bloom fully in the summer—stronger, more vibrant, and more connected to ourselves.

As we move forward, let’s honor both seasons:

🌊 •Water is life• 🌊

In Anishinaabe teachings, water is sacred — a living being with its own spirit and power. It is believed to carry memory, to cleanse not only the body but the mind and spirit as well.

Water teaches us about flow, balance, and renewal. It reminds us to move gently, to release what no longer serves us, and to honour the deep connection between our bodies, the earth, and all living things.

When we move, breathe, and heal, we carry these teachings with us — respecting water as a source of strength, healing, and life itself.

The hole in the center is a gateway to interdimen-sional travel, the proverbial eye of the needle we can all go through to experience higher states of awareness and wisdom and to break free of linear time.
