I hope you were able to extract some nutrients that will serve you (and all those around you;) well as we move into this next chapter of cosmic and earthly craziness! 🔥🐎 ☀️🌚🌒 😅
As usual, I had to nap and rest after. ☺️

💫First - hydrate! And rest more than usual over the coming days.. ( is offering aerial yin yoga Monday the 16th and a crystal sound bath on Tuesday the 17th - either class would be nourishing:)
💫 Turn down and consciously detach from or create some space between you and the external noise/chaos happening beyond your reach (use self-regulation tools/practices to come back to your body and the present moment)
💫 Continue to get clearer and clearer on your vision/desired reality (journal, dream, imagine)
💫 INTEGRITY is vital in this new era. Get into and stay in integrity with YOUR vision, your desired frequency (SMALL daily actions/adjustments, meditation/frequency practices)
💫 Your energy is sacred. People/media are always trying to siphon and harvest your energy, don’t let them. What gets fed grows stronger - pour your energy into your Self, your family, your loved ones, your vision, your future self, the world you want to see, create and live in.
💫 Seek to see and hold others and yourself in their/your highest good - strong, resilient, empowered, capable, joyful, etc..
💫 When emotions/sensation bubbles up in the body/mind, try to allow them to exist, track them and respond accordingly, discharging the energy using the tools, movements, practices we learned in class.
*Remember-Regulated does NOT = always calm and peaceful. Those who are perpetually calm can often be very dysregulated.
The safest, [well-regulated] person with the clearest frequency, is the one who doesn’t abandon themselves, who doesn’t bottle things up, doesn’t change who they are, fake “fine” or “nice” to fit in or be liked.
💫 Recall the feelings of love, joy and gratitude as often as possible and allow them to saturate your whole being for as long as possible.
