If you said yes to any of those, then this class is FOR YOU!
This is not a yoga class.
This is not a heady workshop where I’ll be doing a lot of talking, and you *won’t* be doing a lot of journaling.
This is hands-on somatic, nervous system, energy and frequency work you will feeeel through your whole being.
Absolute beginner practitioner friendly. All bodies are welcome.
All you need to bring is your Self, but some

-yoga mat
-water bottle or beverage of choice
-blanket
-journal/pen
