A good time to quietly reflect…
on what areas of life might need more of our attention, awareness, energy in order to achieve our desired reality…
In this practice you’ll need to draw or print out a seed of life mandala (aka a Venn diagram with 7 circles)…
Each circle represents one of the 7 main chakras/energy centres of the body…
Reflect on each area and consider which aspects may need some work, some adjustments or some extra care to bring you into balance and alignment…
On your mandala write down ideas/desires/possibilities for implementing any changes/adjustments you may wish to make to balance each area…
When it feels complete, light a candle in the centre of the grid and meditate for a few minutes, maybe visualizing how each adjustment or area looks and how it will feel…
When you’re ready, thank the universe/God/source/creator/angels/higherpower for any and all assistance with any of the changes taking place, thank your Self, and then blow out the candle.
