This deadline aligns with finance year-end processing and ensures all funding can be issued accurately and on time. No late applications or roster add-ons will be accepted after this date.

Please note:
All players must be registered in the RAMP database to be eligible to play and receive funding
Final rosters will be verified with tournament registrars

Reimbursements for hotels must be submitted by May 1, 2026 to communitywellness.nwsd@gmail.com

Cheque distribution will take place after each team’s first game, with Community Wellness staff on site daily from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at tournament arenas (Maxbell & Terwilliger).
