🚨 Service Update – Wetaskiwin Hospital and Care Centre 🚨

Please be advised that surgical and high-risk obstetrical services at Wetaskiwin Hospital and Care Centre will be temporarily paused due to a lack of surgical assistant support on the following dates:

β€’ February 21 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
β€’ February 22 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
β€’ February 25 – 5:00 PM to February 26 – 8:00 AM
β€’ February 28 – 8:00 AM to March 2 – 8:00 AM

Obstetrical patients will continue to be triaged on Unit 45 as usual.
High-risk obstetrical patients will be diverted via RAAPID.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this temporary service adjustment. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the hospital directly.
