I’m excited to introduce our newest team member, David Hendry, Registered Physiotherapist.

David is a Hope local and, in addition to working with Fraser Health, he will now be seeing clients at FreeForm.

He completed his Master of Physical Therapy at UBC in 2012 and has spent the past 13 years practicing in the Lower Mainland. His clinical experience includes:

• Sports-related injuries
• Persistent neck, shoulder, and low back pain
• Concussion management
• Vestibular rehabilitation

Before becoming a physiotherapist, David worked as a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer, which informs his practical, movement-focused approach. His treatment style combines hands-on manual therapy with progressive exercise rehabilitation and strong patient education to support long-term recovery.

David will be in clinic:

• Wednesdays: 4:30–7:00 pm
• Fridays: 1:30–5:30 pm

This adds more after-work availability for the community.

We’re proud to continue growing high-quality physiotherapy services here in Hope and to welcome another local clinician to the team.

FreeForm Physio & Pilates is a movement-focused physiotherapy clinic headquartered in Hope, BC, with a satellite clinic in Squamish, BC.

FreeForm provides personalized, one-on-one assessments and treatments to help you reach your goals.

Services include: Physiotherapy, Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates, Mobility-Focused Physiotherapy, Vestibular and Concussion Care, Running Rehabilitation, and Women’s Health.

FreeForm is committed to helping you reconnect with your body and optimize movement. The current Squamish FreeForm clinic (101-37738 3rd Ave) continues offering appointments until December 23. Regular bookings remain available through December as FreeForm prepares to transition this primary location to Hope.

FreeForm is expanding to Hope, BC, early next year! 🌿

Our Squamish services will continue through our Wild Life Gym satellite clinic with the wonderful Kathrine Stolborg, so our Sea to Sky clients can keep receiving the care they know and love. This location offers the same one-on-one, movement-focused physiotherapy with a private treatment room and full gym access for assessment and exercise programming.

We’ll be seeing clients at 37738 3rd Ave until the end of December 2025, and starting January 2026, all Squamish care will transition to Kathrine at Wild Life Gym.

💛 She’s back!
We’re so excited to share that Kathrine is beginning her return from maternity leave today, October 21st!

You can now find her at our new satellite clinic inside Wild Life Gym in Squamish.
She’ll be offering appointments on Tuesday evenings (4:30–7:30 pm) to start — welcome back, Kathrine!

🌿 Exciting update!
FreeForm now has a satellite clinic inside Wild Life Gym — located at #317-1201 Commercial Way, Squamish.

Our satellite space offers the same one-on-one care and functional rehabilitation approach you know and love. Sessions are held in a private room, with access to the gym for movement assessment and exercise programming.

🚗 On-site parking is available
💪 The amazing Kathrine Stolborg will be seeing clients here on Tuesday evenings (4:30–7:30 pm) as she begins her return from maternity leave.

Emily Adams is starting February 25th and will be available Tuesdays 7:00 am -1:00 pm.

Meet Emily:

Emily completed her Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from UBC and has worked in the Sea to Sky corridor ever since. Prior to completing her MPT, Emily attained her Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree (BHKIN) at the University of British Columbia Okanagan while playing on the Varsity Golf Team. Emily worked as a Kinesiologist for one year before starting her postgraduate degree at UBC. This experience as a kinesiologist helped her gain plenty of knowledge regarding exercise rehabilitation and knowledge that she still incorporates into her practice today. She enjoys working with athletes, pelvic floor clientele, and clients suffering from chronic pain. Emily helps her clients overcome their injuries or pain through a combination of strength training, mobility, manual therapy, and IMS as needed. She holds postgraduate certifications in dry needling (AN-IMS) and pelvic floor physiotherapy.

Emma Aqvilin is starting February 12th and will be available Wednesdays 1:30-7:30 pm and Fridays 1:30-5:30 pm.

Meet Emma:

Emma graduated with a physiotherapy degree from Karolinska Institute in Sweden in 2019, which provided her with a solid foundation of practical and theoretical knowledge.

Emma is dedicated to helping her clients feel and move efficiently and achieve their personal goals, whether they are rehabilitating acute or chronic injury. She has experience working with all kinds of musculoskeletal injuries, concussions, as well as pelvic floor conditions. Her treatments include client education, providing self-management strategies, manual therapy, and prescribing meaningful exercise. Emma strives to help her clients achieve their goals in an engaging and empowering manner.

She holds postgraduate certifications in dry needling (AN-IMS), vestibular therapy, and pelvic floor physiotherapy. In Sweden, she worked as a certified Clinical Yoga Instructor as part of her physiotherapy practice. She also currently works as an on-field physiotherapist for the Whistler Wolves Rugby League team.
