Janice Burdon will be offering her Nordic walking excursions once again this fall. 8 weeks on Saturdays from 9:30-10:15 in St. Lazare! Beginning September 12. Initiation course is a must and will be held for 5 people only on Saturday August 22 or September 5. (Reserve early) Poles are included in the price. If you wish to continue onto the excursions, there is an extra charge and you must purchase your own poles via amazon or sports experts. No hiking poles allowed. Nordic walking poles are specific to the sport! This is a great way to workout in nature keeping an acceptable social distance! If interested please send me a pm! Minimum 10 and maximum 15. Janice has taught physical fitness for the past 33 years and has a passion to get people moving! Healthy living and lifestyle is what she promotes with enthusiasm. Realistic fitness goals and helping people achieve them in a comfortable setting is Janice's main mandate. Janice has experienced different challenges such as weight gain, burn out and injury and knows the struggles people have to get themselves back to where they need to be health wise. Her Feel It Fitness Studio is just that: “You need to feel what you would like to do physically to not make fitness a chore. It should be fun, refreshing, challenging and achievable all at the same time.” Creating her own studio gives Janice the opportunity to cater to individual needs and set achievable realistic goals.
