"My overall experience with the self-healing sessions has been very positive, relaxing, and thought-provoking, offering a new way of looking at things. I felt both physically and emotionally relaxed, with a better ability to reframe my thoughts, which I view as significant positive changes.
I appreciated everything we did during the sessions. There was no pressure to contribute, yet the discussions and thought-provoking questions allowed me to gain additional perspective and understanding. The movement exercises were particularly useful, setting the stage for the rest of each session.
The facilitation was excellent—respectful of everyone's needs, and sessions flowed smoothly from one activity to another. The facilitator skillfully encouraged participants to share their thoughts and experiences while also keeping us on topic, which contributed greatly to a sense of community. I always felt that my time was well spent.
Because of the supportive atmosphere and the positive vibes from the group, I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and experiences. I definitely felt encouraged to participate.
I look forward to returning to these sessions! While I am still wrapping my head around these new concepts, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I am exploring these ideas in hopes they will significantly change my perspective.
The sense of calm and the renewed positivity I feel after each session is something I regard as a real win.
