Our fast-paced, high-stress world has created a culture that is focused on convenience and speed and that includes how we eat. As a holistic nutrition consultant I believe in slowing it down, keeping it simple and getting back to basics. With the epidemic rise in obesity and degenerative diseases, the link between what goes into your mouth and your health is undeniable. Many are turning to holistic nutrition as a way to not only feed their bodies and prevent disease but as a way to eat their way back to health. Holistic nutrition is all about eating healthy foods that are as close to their natural state as possible for maximum health and well being. Key words you will hear from me include unrefined, unprocessed, organic and locally grown whole foods. My approach hinges on the belief that the human body is self-healing and when given the right elements, will always strive for balance and health. 🧁not enough protein
🥩way too much protein
🥱not enough variety (eating the same thing day in and day out)
🤖being too fussy or rigid instead of tuning in to what your body actually needs

A balanced breakfast will set you up for:

balanced blood sugar
stable energy
less cravings
less bingeing and overeating at the end of the day
