Nothing like a little friendly competition to bring our team together! 💪✨

At this month’s Team Member Town Hall, we took on the classic spaghetti and marshmallow challenge—and it did not disappoint! From creative designs to lots of laughs, this activity highlighted the power of collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and strong leadership with clear role delegation.

So proud of our team for jumping in, working together, and showing what true teamwork looks like! 👏
