She bloomed into herself when she stopped waiting for permission to take up space and claimed it as her own.

She bloomed into herself when she stopped shrinking to make others comfortable and stood tall in her truth.

She bloomed into herself when she realized her softness wasn’t weakness but her greatest strength.

The spaces in between. This is where we meet ourselves. Where our soul speaks. Beneath all the noise, in stillness a sanctuary is found. So much opening and unraveling can happen here. Shoulders drop, jaw relaxes. One breath in, pause, one breath out. Repeat.
