Come hang with other pregnant mamas and care for your growing body and baby!
This 8 week prenatal yoga series is more than a yoga class 💫 We gather at the beginning as group to connect with each other and share stories. And then journey through a series of educational topics related to pregnancy and birth. AND THEN transition into breathing, meditation and movement. I don’t know how we manage to fit it all into 1hr, but somehow we do!
You leave with new friends, more confident about pregnancy and birth and feeling ohhhh so relaxed and connected to your strength and baby!
No yoga experience is needed and it’s never too late to start. It is sooo needed during this sacred time when our body is working so hard (even if some of you can’t feel it 😆). Not only does it help with aches and pains and to improve our breathing and circulation, it helps to reduce our stress and it builds awareness of our pelvic floor and other body cues and sensations to prepare us for birth THE LIST GOES ON.
