We’re looking for 1–2 RMTs to join us!
We’re looking for 1–2 Registered Massage Therapists to join our warm, friendly clinic in Muskoka. We have four treatment rooms, a steady flow of amazing clients who truly value massage as part of their wellness routine, and a supportive group of RMTs who all work independently but help each other out to keep the clinic running smoothly.
We have four treatment rooms and usually 4–6 therapists working out of the clinic (more or less depending on everyone’s schedules and preferred workloads). Each of us runs our own independent practice, but we all support each other—if you need time off, your clients are usually able to see one of the other RMTs here while you’re away. It keeps things relaxed and helps everyone feel balanced.
We’re opening up space because our longest-standing therapist will be moving on to her new & beautiful home based clinic space (we’re so excited for her!), as well as another therapist who will be stepping away soon for a maternity leave.
What the setup here looks like:
• A friendly team of like-minded, supportive RMTs
• Furnished rooms with hydraulic tables
• Linens and utilities included
• Shared booking & POS system costs
• A busy, loyal client base
• A relaxed environment where everyone pitches in
We operate on a room-rental model and share smaller costs like the booking software. We don’t have a receptionist, so we all take turns handling laundry and basic reception duties—it keeps things simple and collaborative.
