It doesn’t take long before life has you so distracted…and before you know it a few years have flown by, and you don’t like what you see in the mirror. To be honest, it’s going to be simple but not easy. To get results, you must work at it consistently, slowly changing habits and putting one foot in front of the other every single day. Nothing gets us more excited than seeing a clients crush goals, do their first full push-up, have less chronic pain, sleep better, have more energy, rediscover clothes in their closets, and gain an internal confidence that comes with taking back control of your health and life. Probably the worst part about being a coach is seeing people give up before I have the chance to help them.

And listen, I get everybody gets to make their own decisions, and I personally know people who don’t really care about their fitness, but it really does break my heart to see people give up and think, “It’s too late for me.”

It’s why I am putting such a big effort into trying to grow my online Coaching every year.

There is so much information out there marketed towards women as quick fixes for weight loss, and unfortunately, most women who actually do buy the pills, the potions, the mail-order smoothie diets, and the gadgets do not ever get lasting results.

I think that’s a big reason why so many women have given up on their body.

It’s not that they haven’t tried to get in shape before…It’s that everything they tried that was “supposed” to work didn’t give them the results they wanted.

I want to prove to you it’s not too late to transform your body.

"I don't feel like myself."
"I hate looking at myself in the mirror and in pictures."
"I want to be the kind of grandma I always thought I'd be, but I can't keep up."
"I'm tired of trying to figure it all out on my own."

Do any of these sound familiar?

You avoid the camera at family events, or make up excuses why I couldn't go to girls' nights - letting your weight dictate your entire life.

Have you said this to yourself?
"I want to join, but I'm scared I'll just quit like I always do. What if I can't stick to it?"

That fear? It's 100% valid.

If you've tried "everything" and nothing has worked...
If you've started and stopped more times than you can count...
If you're known as the person who makes big goals and then quietly quits...

Then of course you're scared to try again.

So what make my formula different?

Three things:
1) It's not about sticking to perfection

You're going to have Friday dinners out. You're going to have impromptu lunch dates. You're going to have days where you don't hit your macros.

And that's OKAY.

Because I'm not teaching you how to be perfect.

I'm teaching you how to BOUNCE BACK in the next meal instead of spiraling for days.

2) It's actual learning, not just following rules
Most programs give you a meal plan and say "do this."

And it works... Until you go off plan and don't know what to do next.

I teach you WHAT a plate should look like.
HOW to prioritize protein and fiber.

So even when life happens (and it will), you know how to navigate it.
