To get results, you must work at it consistently, slowly changing habits and putting one foot in front of the other every single day. Nothing gets us more excited than seeing a clients crush goals, do their first full push-up, have less chronic pain, sleep better, have more energy, rediscover clothes in their closets, and gain an internal confidence that comes with taking back control of your health and life. So, if you’re ready to take the bull by the horns and get serious about taking back control of your nutrition and fitness, then you have found your tribe!

There is no “quick fix” or magical diet that will get you the results you want as quickly as you want them.

Only CONSISTENCY can get you there. So instead of spending time looking for the quick fix that doesn’t exist, JUST START!!!!

Ro came to me wanting to simply feel better and lose body fat.

She was doing 40mins of cardio on her treadmill 5-6x/week, no strength training, and being in a consistent caloric deficit.
This method had worked in the past until it didn’t.

She was eating “healthy” but was under eating (1000cal/day) when we dig deeper into her daily food intake.

She weight would constantly yo-yo up and down and she wanted it to STOP!

She wanted to learn how to properly get rid actual body fat (not just weight!) with structured strength training so she can go into her 50’s healthy.

This transformation is what body re-composition is all about.
Ro went from eating 1000 calories to 1200 calories, lost 5.5” and only 3lbs on the scale.

But Ro proves that the scale doesn’t tell the full story. When we push our bodies into low calories with nothing but cardio our bodies go into survival mode holding onto everything we eat and increasing our risk of insulin resistance, chronic high levels of cortisol triggering the body to simply hold onto more fat.

As a coach I am super proud to see Ro now in her 50’s continue to get strong, healthier and more vibrant as she continues her strength training with me.
