Nothing gets us more excited than seeing a clients crush goals, do their first full push-up, have less chronic pain, sleep better, have more energy, rediscover clothes in their closets, and gain an internal confidence that comes with taking back control of your health and life. We are still going strong inside the Lift Yourself LEAN FB group with our master your first pull up before Christmas challenge.

I just posted last week the finial video lesson, but if you have wanted to be able to do a pull-up, then DM me "PULLUP" and Ill get you inside my private group so you can get started on video 1.

Pull-ups are one of those exercises that make you feel so empowered in what you are capable of doing when you finially pull yourself up from that deadhang position!
