Grateful for the experiences I've had this summer. I was able to attend an Access Bars experience and it was life altering. Currently enduring one of the most painful migraines of my life and I need to "work" in an hour. This kind of pain would knock me out for days. This morning I decided, to apply some of what I learned and when I say I INSTANTLY felt my migraine lift that is no exaggeration. It was absolutely amazing. Stay tuned, I will be hosting a learning opportunity for this amazing holistic healing experience soon. 💖

When my mind is muddled, full of decisions I dont know how to make, problems I dont know how to solve and obstacles that seem too big to tackle, I get lost in nature. Whether its on a muddy back road in a farmer field or a simple walking path in town, I find some nature and get myself grounded again. I often take pictures because I am so encapsulated by the pure and simple beauty of the world and it reminds me that, as Marie Forleo would say, Everything is Figureoutable. And as Rachel Hollis would tell me, I Can Do Hard Things. So with Mother Earth re-energizing me, and my heroines voices ringing in my head, I pick myself up and face my woes, one step at a time.

My friend posted this photo on her timeline and it caused me to pause and think. Why not create our own love language with the people we love? So I'm going to share with you the exact same advice with you as I did with her.

Come up with one. Right now. Pick any completely random word. Send this photo and that word to your people. And then anytime you say that totally random word, they will know. 💖

Find your own unique ways to show your loved ones you care about them. But always, choose love, choose kindness. 💖
