💪🏽 Class is half full! 💪🏽
Strength Colleen’s strength class is one of a kind!
This is truly a well-rounded wellness class. Each class will include REAL TALK and ACTIONABLE ways to boost health and fitness through your 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and beyond!
Each class will be forty-five minutes of fitness with fifteen minutes at the end of class for various topic information and questions. Each week will cover a different topic. Session I and II, will offer different topics, and session II can be taken without attending session I. New topics and information will be added, making it unique from previous sessions.
Strength training: this is a mat fitness class, using body weight, resistance bands, etc.
Topic Discussion: this may include Importance of strength/muscle, protein, bone health, menopausal middle body composition), the other 2 macronutrients (carbs and fats), what is zone 2, sprint intervals, and MORE!
What to bring to class? A yoga mat. A water bottle. Clean runners. And possibly a notebook and pen if you’re wanting to take notes for the last portion of class.
