Get healthier little by little with ZUCCHINI MUFFINS!!! 😝
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups light spelt or other whole grain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
1/3 cup cold pressed olive oil
1/4 cup raw agave or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup rice, almond or other vegetable milk
1-2 cups of grated zucchini
1/4 cup of raisins and/or chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Preheat the oven. In a small bowl mix wet ingredients (eggs to milk).In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients from flour to nutmeg. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together and then add the grated zucchini. Add the raisins and/or chopped walnuts last if you decide to use these ingredients. Spoon into muffin tins about half full.

Cooking Time and Temperature:
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. ENJOY! 😁

Getting drunk = 57% lower odds
S*x outside marriage = 68% lower odds
Po*******hy = 61% lower odds
Gambling = 74% lower odds
Any of these habits = 57% lower odds

PLUS, they exhibit highers odds in the following:
Sharing faith with others = 228% higher odds
Discipling others = 231% higher odds
Memorizing scripture = 407% higher odds

Moral of the story: When we fill up with the true and living Word of God, we don't have use for the unhealthy coping mechanisms we used to turn to in false hope.
