BODY. MIND. SPIRIT. Everything is Connected and that balance has become my purpose! As far back as I can remember, I grew up witnessing my mother sick.

After her Breast Cancer Surgery she was given 6 months to live, she went into a depression, rarely leaving her bed. Feeling lonely and isolated, her smile was never seen. Staying with other family members was so familiar to me, as mom silently battled. The times guaranteed to see a smile on her face was when her Hairstylist came to the house. As her hairstylist worked away, they would engage in fun conversation and friendly banter, as mom was able to leave her troubles behind and transform into this beautiful confident woman! Mom thankfully went into remission and lived another 20 years!! As a 20' something, I knew that I wanted to support women on their journey. I knew the importance! Everything is so connected and that balance has become my purpose! I have built a Holistic Chest Full of Modalities to Support Women through their journey here. My Wish is to fill all the gaps! I will come to you, to meet those needs! I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified in Iridology, Reiki Master, Hairstylist and The Host of The Women's Wellness Circle Barrie/Innisfil. ( A beautiful group of Women who gather monthly to support each other)

This is a reflection of the structural and functional integrity of the body.
An iris with good resilience identifies an individual with inherent high resistance, good muscle, and tissue tone, flexibility and short recovery time with a reduced disposition of health complaints.
The closer the fibre arrangement the better the resilience.

How interesting to see this beautiful 6 yr old little girl with Coloboma an eye abnormality that occurs at birth.
It is a hole in one of the eye structures such as the iris, retina, choroid or optic disc; missing pieces of tissue in structures that form the eye.
Yet this young ladies vision has not been affected 💞
Coloboma occurs in approximately 1 in 10,000 people
