I am being asked frequently if Osteopathy is “bone” work… the short answer is no.
Manual Osteopaths help restore movement of all systems in the body not just the bones:)
Bone movement is encourage through joint mobilization’s, stretching and cranial osteopathy which involves gentle releasing of the cranial (skull) bones. Manual Osteopaths have many techniques that release muscle tension and improve overall nervous system function.🌿

All my clients are asking what is Manual OSTEOPATHY? The best way to know what a treatment is like is to try it. As a licensed Manual Osteopath, treatments are covered by most insurance companies just like Massage Therapy.
Treatments are designed according to a clients needs and symptoms. All treatment details are communicated with the client and consent to treat is primary.
