Heart and Soul Recovery At Heart and Soul Recovery, I offer Reiki Healing Sessions, Intuitive Readings, Past Life Regressions, Hypnotherapy. I teach Reiki I, II & III.

I offer a Mediumship Workshop. After 20 years of providing traditional counselling for grief, addictions and crisis intervention, I have developed the ability to provide Reiki Energy Healing to be included in my options for treatment. The best chance for long term recovery is to treat our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Reiki is the act of channelling universal life force energy to my clients to release blockages or memories held within the cells of our body, of all negative emotions we have experienced, that can cause illness or chronic pain. When I connect with your energy I use my open mind and intuition to provide information I receive from a higher source and relay these as messages to you which will assist you to move forward in your recovery. I promise this will be a unique experience for each recipient. It is also beneficial for friends and family members who support you for self care, stress management and blissful relaxation. Everyone can benefit.
