Have you ever woken up one day and realized that you felt stuck, lost and without a purpose? I hear you, I see you, I feel you. I know this. Let me be honest, I felt this way even when I knew I had so much to be grateful for in my life. I felt guilty. I "should" be happy. Why aren't I happy? Here's the other thing...
We can have a good life and still be unhappy, AND it's ok. It's ok to want more, it's ok to want fulfillment, but MOST IMPORTANTLY I have learned, IT'S OK to GO AFTER IT! I have realized that the more empowered and happy I am, the better off everyone else around me is too. When my cup is full, I have the power to fill others up WITHOUT taking from my cup. I know that this journey can be a bit messy and it can feel hard. Let me help you. Let me share what I have learned. We are all in this thing called LIFE together

I have been doing a lot of reflecting on what I love about my work, and it has had me thinking back to where I was 14 years ago.... No one told me it would be so much and so hard❤️

I didn't know I would be the emotional co-regulator and space holder for multiple people, let alone where to start on even being capable of doing it! If you've ever felt the weight, you are not alone and it's a lot. It's hard. Comment if you know how that feels🫂
