Have you ever woken up one day and realized that you felt stuck, lost and without a purpose? Or more so, how do I get out of here? I hear you, I see you, I feel you. I know this. Let me be honest, I felt this way even when I knew I had so much to be grateful for in my life. I felt guilty. I "should" be happy. Why aren't I happy? Here's the other thing...
We can have a good life and still be unhappy, AND it's ok. It's ok to want more, it's ok to want fulfillment, but MOST IMPORTANTLY I have learned, IT'S OK to GO AFTER IT! I have realized that the more empowered and happy I am, the better off everyone else around me is too. When my cup is full, I have the power to fill others up WITHOUT taking from my cup. I know that this journey can be a bit messy and it can feel hard. Let me help you. Let me share what I have learned. We are all in this thing called LIFE together

"Your Power is in the Pause"

This message came through in a reading last week, and it felt so profound, I couldn't stop thinking about it for days. I asked for more information in relation to it's deeper meaning for myself and others. This is what I got:

Your power is in the pause. This simple yet profound truth offers three key reminders:

1. Pause before responding. When faced with a situation, take a moment to breathe, ground yourself, and respond from a place of peace. In that pause, you reclaim your power and respond with clarity.

2. Pause to refresh. When you're stuck or frustrated, stepping away can bring a fresh perspective. A walk, a break, or shifting focus allows new insights to emerge. Sometimes, the answers you seek become clear when you return with renewed energy.

3. Pause to realign. If you've set something aside for a long time, it’s not too late to return. Breaks often help us rediscover passion, gain clarity, or shift direction toward something more aligned with who we’ve become. Release the belief that you’ve lost momentum or missed your chance; the pause may have been exactly what you needed.

As we move into the 9-energy year of 2025, embrace the pause. It’s the sacred space where you reflect, realign, and take empowered steps forward.
