A little update for those who follow this page…
I am currently on a healing and writing sabbatical in Osoyoos, BC. I will be away for most of the winter and will not be accepting client calls until early April.
After more than five years of holding space for the heavy and tender experiences others carry, my own nervous system is asking for some intentional care and restoration.
During this time, I will be writing and creating new resources for women who live with burnout, grief, exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, confusion, and that familiar feeling of “something has to change,” even when they cannot quite put words to it.
Everyone moves through life’s challenges differently. We each heal at our own pace, in our own way, and with our own mix of tools and support. Your path to wellness is unique, and I fully respect that not everything I share will resonate with everyone, and that is perfectly okay.
If you would like a deeper look into my writing, reflections, and nervous system–focused content, you are welcome to follow my personal page, Heather Waterfield Wyard-Scott. That is where I share more frequently about emotional healing, nervous system health, unprocessed wounds, self-understanding, and personal growth.
Thank you for being here, and for your continued support as I take this season to heal, recalibrate, and create.
